Liz leads day-to-day management of the operations and financial teams. Under her leadership, MissionOG has expanded its platform to include greater financial controls and expanded reporting functions.

Liz is a member of the firm’s executive team. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of the firm’s operations including financial reporting, vendor management, investor relations, and the oversight of operations-related projects. Liz manages fund accounting and investor reporting, as well as audit and tax vendors.

Prior to MissionOG, Liz was with Graham Partners for over ten years where she served as controller. Prior to joining Graham Partners, she worked for Deloitte in its Audit Practice.

Liz earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a degree in Accounting from Bucknell University, where she graduated as a Dean’s List student. She also holds the Certified Public Accountant designation.

Michael identifies new investment opportunities and assists portfolio companies with strategic initiatives. He is an accomplished operator and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience within the payments and banking industries.

Prior to MissionOG, Michael was co-founder and president of Argus Information & Advisory Services, an information services firm serving the banking industry that was sold to Verisk Analytics. At Argus, he managed key partners, including credit bureaus and media measurement organizations. He has provided strategic advisory services to many of the largest U.S. banks and UK financial institutions.

Michael graduated with a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Nicole is responsible for tracking fund and portfolio company performance, assisting with investment due diligence, and sourcing new potential investments.

Nicole performs detailed due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, return analysis, and risk assessment. She also manages the firm’s weekly investment review process through collaboration with portfolio companies and partners to deliver critical financial analysis.

Prior to MissionOG, Nicole was an investment banking associate with Delancey Street Partners, where she ran analyses and created marketing materials for middle market sell-side M&A transactions within business services and technology sectors.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Drexel University.

George focuses on investment opportunities in software and data. He is a driven entrepreneur and former executive who has a passion for building and supporting the growth of innovative business solutions to solve market challenges.

Prior to MissionOG, he co-founded and bootstrapped ITtoolbox, an online community for IT executives and professionals. A leader in best practice knowledge sharing, the company pioneered concepts for online community building and digital marketing, and was eventually acquired by CEB. Post-acquisition, George ran the company’s business unit and expanded its focus to include communities for financial and human resource professionals. Prior to ITtoolbox, he co-founded an IT services company and was a consultant for Accenture.

George graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University.

Kevin heads up the investment team, which evaluates potential opportunities for MissionOG through sourcing, due diligence, market research, and financial evaluation.

Kevin leads the orchestration of investment team practices. In addition to managing the end-to-end process related to deal flow, he furthers the development and application of the firm’s investment themes. Under Kevin’s leadership, the investment team has rearchitected the firm’s deal flow process, deployed a comprehensive data collection method related to potential and current investments, and advanced valuation procedure.

Prior to MissionOG, he was assistant vice president in Wells Fargo’s Corporate Banking group, where he engaged Fortune 500 clients in operational and strategic discussions regarding capital structure, debt and equity offerings, cash management, working capital optimization, and asset management.

Kevin graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University and earned an MBA from Villanova University.

Gene focuses on investment opportunities in FinTech and data. As a seasoned investor and accomplished senior executive, he leverages his deep experience to build great teams and, in turn, great companies.

Prior to MissionOG, Gene has invested both individually and in partnership with several successful growth equity firms including Oak, General Atlantic, ABS Capital and Summit Partners.

Gene also served as President and CEO of MasterCard International, CEO of Midland Bank PLC, President of the Global Retail Bank of BankAmerica Corporation, and President of Consumer Services at AT&T. He has chaired or served as board member of NetSpend, Argus International, Community Choice Financial, Metro Bank PLC, Vesta, Progressive Finance, and others. Gene is currently a Senior advisor to Blackstone.

Gene holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Rob focuses on investment opportunities in FinTech and software. As an accomplished investment banker, he has significant experience in M&A and capital raise transactions.

Prior to MissionOG, Rob was a partner and managing director at William Blair, where he oversaw 150 M&A and capital raise transactions in the financial services and technology investment banking groups. Rob is currently Clinical Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Illinois.

Rob graduated with a B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Patrick leverages the firm’s internal and external network to provide portfolio companies with market advantages including talent assessments and introductions, business development opportunities, and best practice recommendations.

Patrick has a deep understanding of how to assess all relevant components of a team and industry, and help map a path to drive growth and create value for companies. He brings an analytical approach to MissionOG’s value-added services, providing more data-driven insights to our portfolio companies. By leveraging both internal and external data and corresponding analytics, Patrick matches a company’s need with the greater MissionOG network and the firm’s overall internal capabilities.

Prior to MissionOG, Patrick was a Deal Lead at Block Inc. (FKA Square Inc.) where he led acquisitions, investments, and strategy for its Cash App and TBD business units. Prior to Block, Patrick was a Director in CBRE’s Corporate Development and Strategy group where he led a variety of strategic transactions including public-to-public M&A, carveouts, joint ventures, dispositions, and convertible note and minority equity investments.

Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.

Andy focuses on investment opportunities in FinTech, data and software. He is a technology operator and investor with a history of start-up innovation, successful team leadership, and financial achievement.

Prior to MissionOG, he co-founded Relay Network, a mobile communications company; was Group Head of Sales and Corporate Development for Citi Prepaid Services; and was a founding team member of Ecount (acquired by Citi), a pioneer and leader in the prepaid card industry. Preceding Ecount, Andy spent eight years in investment management, most recently as a portfolio manager with Chartwell Investment Partners, where upon his departure his teams had achieved top decile and quartile rankings.

Andy holds a B.A. from Trinity College.

Kelsey develops the firm’s platform to support the planned growth of MissionOG and help unlock greater innovation across the company.

Kelsey supports all investor relations activities in order to keep shareholders informed of company and firm activity and performance. She is the point-of-contact to keep limited partners engaged with MissionOG throughout the fund lifecycles. In addition, Kelsey manages external communication to broaden and strengthen MissionOG’s impact and presence.

Prior to MissionOG, Kelsey was the business manager at TargetST8 Consulting, where she functioned as both an operations and human resources generalist and managed a broad spectrum of the day-to-day operations of the firm.

Kelsey earned her B.A. from Boston College in human development and organizational behavior.

Zack is responsible for tracking fund and portfolio company performance, assisting with due diligence, and discovering new potential investments.

Zack regularly conducts in-depth market research to identify emerging trends in the sectors where MissionOG invests, as well as proactively sources promising investment opportunities that align with the firm’s investment themes. In addition to performing detailed due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, return analysis, and risk assessment, Zack also prepares investment memorandums and presentations.

Prior to MissionOG, Zack worked at a digital health startup where he led corporate development and strategy. Previously, Zack was an investment banking associate at Janney Montgomery Scott.

Zack graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance and Economics from Tulane University.
