Eddie is responsible for tracking fund and portfolio company performance, assisting with due diligence, and discovering new potential investments.

Prior to MissionOG, Eddie was an associate at Parchman, Vaughan & Company, a boutique investment bank, where he advised clients on sell-side M&A transactions and growth equity financings. As an associate, Eddie prepared marketing materials, built detailed financial models, and supported communication between clients and prospective investors. Prior to Parchman Vaughan, Eddie was an analyst in PNC’s Corporate and Institutional Banking group.

Eddie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Business Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh.

Liz is responsible for financial administration, accounting and reporting to limited partners, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, among other functions.

Prior to MissionOG, Liz worked for Graham Partners as Director of Fund Reporting and Senior Controller. Before Graham, Liz worked for Deloitte in its Audit Practice.

Liz graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Accounting from Bucknell University. Liz also holds the Certified Public Accountant designation.

Michael identifies new investment opportunities and assists portfolio companies with strategic initiatives.

Michael is an accomplished operator and entrepreneur with 30 years of experience within the payments and banking industries. He was cofounder and president of Argus Information & Advisory Services, an information services firm that serves the banking industry. At Argus, Michael managed key partners, including credit bureaus and media measurement organizations. He provided strategic advisory services to a majority of the largest US banks and UK financial institutions.

Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

George focuses on investment opportunities in software and data platforms.

George is a driven entrepreneur and former executive who has a passion for building innovative business solutions to solve market challenges. He cofounded ITtoolbox, an online community for IT executives and professionals. A leader in best practice knowledge sharing, the company pioneered concepts for online community building and digital marketing, eventually getting acquired by CEB, where George ran the business unit post-acquisition. Prior to ITtoolbox, George co-founded an IT services company and was a consultant for Accenture.

George graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.

Kevin is responsible for tracking fund and portfolio company performance, spearheading due diligence, and discovering new potential investments.

Prior to MissionOG, Kevin was assistant vice president in Wells Fargo’s Corporate Banking group, where he engaged Fortune 500 clients in operational and strategic discussions regarding capital structure, debt and equity offerings, cash management, working capital optimization, and asset management. As an analyst, Kevin assessed company financial, operational, and management strengths and weaknesses to identify potential risks, underwriting $1.1 billion of direct credit commitments across 21 debt financing transactions.

Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University and earned a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University.

Gene focuses on investment opportunities in financial services, payments and data platforms.

As a seasoned investor and accomplished senior executive, Gene leverages his deep experience to build great teams, and in turn, great companies. Gene is currently a Senior Adviser to The Blackstone Group and was previously a Special Advisor at General Atlantic. He also served as President and CEO of MasterCard International, CEO of Midland Bank PLC, President of the Global Retail Bank of BankAmerica Corporation, and President of Consumer Services at AT&T. Gene has also served as a board member of many companies, including First Republic Bank, IMS Health, INTTRA, Cognizant, Huron Consulting, NetSpend, Argus Information, Progressive Financial, Alkami Technology, Featurespace, FactorTrust, and NuBank, amongst others.

Gene earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration from The Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Rob focuses on MissionOG’s corporate development and private equity relationships, helping partner companies with strategic transactions.

As an accomplished investment banker, Rob has significant experience in M&A and capital raise transactions. Prior to MissionOG, Rob was a partner and managing director at William Blair, where he ran the financial services and technology investment banking groups. In addition, he has worked at ABN Amro Incorporated, A.T. Kearney, and Price Waterhouse. Rob is currently the Director of the Investment Banking Academy at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.

Patrick is responsible for leading MissionOG’s value creation initiatives. In this role, he builds upon and leverages our network to accelerate growth and drive results for our portfolio companies by providing key insights, sharing best practices, and making meaningful connections.

Prior to MissionOG, Patrick was a Deal Lead at Block Inc. (FKA Square Inc.) a multinational FinTech company, where he led acquisitions, investments, and strategy for its Cash App and TBD business units. Prior to Block, Patrick was a Director in CBRE’s Corporate Development and Strategy group where he led a variety of strategic transactions including public-to-public M&A, carveouts, joint ventures, dispositions, and convertible note and minority equity investments.

Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University where he played varsity football.

Andy focuses on investment opportunities in financial services, data platforms, and software.

Andy is a technology operator and investor with a history of start-up innovation, successful team leadership, and financial achievement. He cofounded Relay Network, a mobile communications company; was group head of Sales and Corporate Development for Citi Prepaid Services; and was a founding team member of Ecount (acquired by Citi), a pioneer and leader in the prepaid card industry. Preceding Ecount, Andy spent eight years in investment management, most recently as a portfolio manager with Chartwell Investment Partners, where upon his departure his teams had achieved top decile and quartile rankings.

Andy graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts in History.

Kelsey manages investor relations, marketing and supports the operations of the firm.

Prior to MissionOG, Kelsey was the business manager at TargetSt8 Consulting where she functioned as both an operations and human resources generalist and managed a broad spectrum of the day-to-day operations of the firm. Before TargetSt8, Kelsey worked for Bain & Company as a human resource and payroll coordinator.

Kelsey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.

Prior to MissionOG, Zack worked at a digital health startup where he led corporate development and strategy. Previously, Zack was an investment banking associate at Janney Montgomery Scott, where he prepared marketing materials, built detailed financial models, and supported communication between clients and prospective investors.

Zack graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance and Economics from Tulane University.
