Kelsey manages investor relations, marketing and supports the operations of the firm.

Prior to MissionOG, Kelsey was the business manager at TargetSt8 Consulting where she functioned as both an operations and human resources generalist and managed a broad spectrum of the day-to-day operations of the firm. Before TargetSt8, Kelsey worked for Bain & Company as a human resource and payroll coordinator.

Kelsey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
