Job Summary

The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a foundational role within the Autobooks team. Working closely with Sales and Account Management, you will ensure that our core marketing reporting and operational functions are consistently delivering value to all stakeholders. You will be responsible for oversight and orchestration of the Autobooks marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the delivery of content and reporting of performance for the Autobooks Marketing, Growth,  Sales, and Support TeamsCreate and manage data-driven process for planning, prioritizing, and optimizing that maximizes ROI of resources and programs.
  • Establish, and then manage to, benchmarks for lead stage close rate and time to revenue for partner channels.
  • Build content performance reports and dashboards to demonstrate what’s working and what’s not.
  • Maintaining the synch between marketing activities and marketing automation tooling
  • Build and maintain a Marketing Operations calendar.
  • Create and maintain documentation detailing marketing operations processes, workflow architecture, and CRM property definitions.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the CRM/marketing database.
  • Collaborate with members of other teams including growth, sales, support, and content & design to establish alignment of priorities, define project requirements, set realistic project timelines, and ensure that due dates are met
  • Create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, marketing automation workflows, digital assets, and reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A high level of critical thinking skills to coordinate the marketing functions and to analyze and respond to changes in the regulatory and competitive market.
  • Experience leveraging analytics, research, processes, and product understanding to make recommendations that drive improvements and deliver repeatable outcomes.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals and best practices, including audience segmentation, account-based marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, growth, and associated analytics.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders from various departments.
  • Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, executive, and reporting on multiple marketing projects at the same time.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong background and proven working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with a webinar hosting platform (e.g., Zoom, On24, etc.)
  • Experience working with project management software (e.g., Asana, Wrike, etc.)
