Job Summary
We’re looking for a talented Director of Revenue Operations to join our team and help drive revenue operations strategy. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you’ll translate go-to-market strategy and analysis into projects and programs that will drive efficient revenue growth and retention. Our ideal candidate has the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally within Operations team with Biz Ops, Product Ops, Marketing Ops, Business Systems partners, fostering strong relationships, effective communication channels, and ensuring alignment and coordination of efforts.
- Work with BDR, Sales, Solutions, CS, and Alliance teams across the Government, Commercial, and International business units to distill field insights into initiatives that optimize their teams’ workflows and effectiveness
- Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels between these teams and act as primary point of contact for front line managers. Develop and execute the revenue operations strategy to drive efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth across all revenue-generating departments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across revenue operations, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to identify areas for enhancement.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects to implement and improve processes, systems, and tools related to revenue generation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor operational metrics and KPIs, aligning them with company goals and objectives
- Ensure operational practices comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain and document processes, ensuring seamless lead-to-revenue management, accurate forecasting, and efficient pipeline management
- Lead and support enablement initiatives to ensure teams are well-equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience working in various revenue operations functions at growth stage SaaS companies with 2+ of those years experience developing and managing entire revenue operations function (supporting and advising Sales, Customer Success, SDR, Enablement, and Marketing).
- Demonstrated expertise in interdepartmental project management, stakeholder management, and change management, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and revenue analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the capacity to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal “direct-line” authority.
- Ability to identify, initiate, plan, and execute implementation and integration projects.
