Victoria has been a leader in several global Fortune 500 businesses with proven experience building sustainable customer partnerships to accelerate revenue growth. Previously, she was senior vice president and general manager at Western Union, North America. She directed U.S. domestic and international money transfer, bill payments, and money orders, as well as Mexico and Canada money transfer – serving nearly 24 million retail customers and bank customers. Victoria also worked as executive director, Regional Credit Cards and vice president at Citigroup where she drove enterprise-level vision, strategy, and leadership for the credit card portfolio spanning 13 countries.
